B.A.L.L. 2020 is here!

MINE Teenage Ministry introduces her annual B.A.L.L. (Bible and Leadership League) aimed at empowering and enriching the lives of teenagers during the summer holidays.

This year, B.A L.L. will be a VIRTUAL boot camp for teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19. The boot camp is scheduled to run from Friday August 14th through Sunday, the 23rd (10 days).

Teenagers get to experience transformation through an excellent blend of spiritual, emotional, entrepreneurial and intellectual sessions, from the comfort of their homes.

Our theme for this year is EVOLVE, a call to pursue a gradual and continuous development in all areas of life.

Happy World Virginity Day!!!

We advocate sexual purity and dignify virginity.
We encourage those who are sexually active to stop. No condemnation!
We tell those who are virgins that there is NOTHING wrong with them.
We honour God, ourselves and our future spouses by doing it right.

Today is the 10th annual edition! We started this when people thought we were crazy. Now, other bodies have started doing similar things.

Those who attack this usually do so, either out of guilt or resignation to the life they've chosen.

Our focus is not on the old but the young. The pre-teens, the teens who are in the valley of decision. We want them to know what God says about their bodies. We want them to know they can choose to do it right and avoid the pain, shame and complications of premarital sex.

Together, we would make this world a saner place!!!

World Virginity Day 2018

WVD 2018 Updates

We are 37 days away from our celebration of sexual purity (Saturday, June 9th, 2018).

World Virginity Day is a movement, encouraging virgins to rise above victimization and intimidation (they are not alone) and encouraging non-virgins to choose celibacy.

We are simply restoring the dignity of sexual purity before and after marriage, honouring God, ourselves and our spouses (future and present). This is the 8th edition (we started this movement in 2011).

For this year, please note the following:
1. The National Venue would be at UNILAG Indoor Sports Complex, estimated to sit about 2,500 people.
2. We would be having the event at different locations concurrently within and outside Nigeria. Locations would be posted in the following days. For enquiries on locations near you, please reach Mr Aremo on 08032446129

I know social media connected to my sphere of influence would be inundated with appreciation, well wishes and prayers. I have already started reading some that bring tears to my eyes.

Fifteen (15) people/bodies gave to World Virginity Day (excluding funds MINE Locations received independently).
Total received from the 15 was 421,534.38 naira
Break down of income won't be disclosed for the givers' sakes.
Total spent (excluding funds spent in MINE Locations independently) was 700,000 naira (the 278,465.62 extra coming from the ministry's purse).
Breakdown of expenses:
Printing of Fliers and Purity Cards: 100,000
Money sent to MINE Locations: 195,000
Venue for Lagos Mainland Event: 200,000
Feeding for LME: 80,000
Sound and Stage for LME: 100,000
Miscellaneous: 25,000
Total: 700,000
